11. Prior to releasing any winnings to you, Slotstar reserves the right to conduct a security review and to require you to furnish Slotstar with information such as proof of identity, copies of credit cards, a signed purchase history of your transactions or other appropriate documentation as Slotstar, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, Slotstar reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
12. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from Slotstar, you consent to the use of your name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
13. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome of play at Slotstar, you must submit your complaint to Slotstar in writing within 6 (six) days. Slotstar obliges to reply within a period of 2 (two) working days after complaint is received. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your gaming environment and the Slotstar's gaming server software, the result showing on the Slotstar gaming server software shall be the official and governing result of play.
14. If you are totally unsatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your deposit amount as long as your claim is valid and reasonable and before the deposit amount is placed in bets which are judged by the results.     2. your use of any materials at the Slotstar website and its gaming environment;
    3. your entry, use, or reuse of the Slotstar gaming server;
    4. your play at Slotstar, or,
    5. your acceptance of any prize.
22. Slotstar makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to play, nor shall any of Slotstarr's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
23. The player obtains no rights to the Slotstar's trade name, nor any other names, graphics, text, concepts or know-hows by using Slotstar website, its gaming environment and the materials contained therein.
24. Slotstar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, as long as any additional provisions within the gaming environment, at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in the corresponding sections of the website and in the gaming environment accordingly. 25. Slotstar is not liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damage (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses) arising from the use, or from the inability to use, the site and/or its gaming environment.
26. These Terms and Conditions represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Slotstar and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and Slotstar.
